JOINT CENTER’S COMMISSION ON PATERNAL INVOLVEMENT IN PREGNANCY
TO ISSUE RECOMMENDATIONS AT CAPITOL HILL BRIEFING
Please join the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies Health Policy Institute for the release and discussion of new policy, research and practice recommendations in a report from the Commission on Paternal Involvement in Pregnancy Outcomes.

| What: | Assembled in 2009, the Commission on Paternal Involvement in Pregnancy Outcomes (CPIPO) is an interdisciplinary working group of scholars from the social sciences and public health community whose goal is to raise public awareness of the need for paternal involvement in pregnancy and family health. CPIPO’s recommendations are intended to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in pregnancy outcomes by offering best and promising practices to address policy barriers and increase the involvement of men and expectant fathers in maternal and child health research and clinical practice. |
